This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does not track you. There is nothing here that builds a profile of you, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Who we are

Armenian Bar Restaurant Lounge, also trading as Armenian Taverna, 3–5 Princess Street, Manchester M2 4DF. The restaurant is run by Armenian Taverna Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 08571516, registered office Penny Lane Business Centre, 374 Smithdown Road, Liverpool L15 5AN. What this site collects

Nothing directly. There is no account to create, no cookie, no analytics script and no advertising pixel. The typefaces and the animation code are served from this site itself, not from a third party.

Two things are worth knowing about:

• Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host it sees your IP address and the usual request information, and keeps ordinary server logs.
• Google Maps provides the map on the Visit page. Nothing is loaded from Google until you press “Show the Map”. Once you do, the map is a Google page embedded in ours: Google sees your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. If you would rather not, the “Get Directions” link opens Google Maps on its own instead.

The home page opens with a short animation. So that it plays once rather than every time you return to the home page, your browser remembers that you have seen it, in its session storage, until you close the tab. That note never leaves your device and is not sent to us.

Booking a table

The Reserve button opens a booking system run by NeroPay on their own website. Anything you enter there (your name, contact details, the time you want) is handled by them under their privacy notice, not this one.

If you contact us

If you email or phone, we use what you send to answer you, and keep it only as long as we need it for that.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to contact@armenianrestaurant.co.uk. If you are not happy with how we respond you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
